For example, after pregnancy, weight gain or loss, or the general ageing process, which leads to sagging of the tissue and skin. A change of breast implants may also be necessary if you have 1st or 2nd generation implants. These should be changed after about 10-15 years.

BEFORE THE OPERATION
In a personal consultation with the treating doctor on site, all the possibilities and risks of the procedure are discussed. An implant change can be combined with a tightening. In addition, you have the opportunity to "try on" different implants to determine whether you are satisfied with the current size or would like to change it.
AFTER THE OPERATION
You will usually wake up in a recovery room after the operation. For monitoring purposes, you will stay overnight in the clinic for about 1 night and wear a support bra for about 6-8 weeks, which you will receive in the clinic.

Why does it make sense to have follow-up cost insurance?
As with all other surgical procedures, complications can also occur with cosmetic surgery despite the doctors taking the greatest care.
Costs for follow-up treatments are not covered according to § 52 Para. 2 of the Social Code.
Follow-up treatments are covered by the health insurance funds supplied by Medassure should you choose this option.
