BEFORE THE OPERATION
You will have a consultation with the doctor in charge to discuss all the possibilities and risks of the procedure.
Here, your individual wishes are taken into account in order to achieve the best possible result for you.
AFTER THE OPERATION
After the procedure, you will receive a head bandage which should be worn for approximately 2 weeks. This prevents the ears from bending and promotes the healing process. The pain usually disappears in a few days and is defined by previous patients as low pain. Slight swelling and increased sensitivity to touch during the first weeks is normal.

Why does it make sense to have follow-up cost insurance?
As with all other surgical procedures, complications can also occur with cosmetic surgery despite the doctors taking the greatest care.
Costs for follow-up treatments are not covered according to § 52 Para. 2 of the Social Code.
Follow-up treatments are covered by the health insurance funds supplied by Medassure should you choose this option.
