Lokalanästhesie oder Dämmerschlaf – was ist das Richtige für Dich?
Eine Haartransplantation wird immer in örtlicher Betäubung (Lokalanästhesie) durchgeführt – der Eingriff selbst ist also in jedem Fall schmerzfrei. Zusätzlich kannst Du bei uns frei wählen, ob Du dabei entspannt wach bleiben oder in einen leichten Dämmerschlaf versetzt werden möchtest:
- Nur Lokalanästhesie: Du bist während der Behandlung wach, spürst aber keine Schmerzen. Viele Patienten entspannen dabei, hören Musik oder schauen etwas – und können nach dem Eingriff direkt selbstständig zurück ins Hotel.
- Lokalanästhesie mit Dämmerschlaf: Eine leichte Sedierung versetzt Dich in einen angenehmen Halbschlaf. Ideal, wenn Du nervös bist oder von der mehrstündigen Behandlung möglichst wenig mitbekommen möchtest. Du bist die ganze Zeit ansprechbar, aber tief entspannt.

Heilung und Nachsorge
In den ersten Tagen bilden sich kleine Schorfkrusten, die nach etwa 10 bis 14 Tagen abfallen. Wichtig zu wissen: Nach einigen Wochen fallen die transplantierten Haare zunächst aus – das ist völlig normal und wird als „Shock Loss” bezeichnet. Ab etwa dem dritten bis vierten Monat wachsen sie dann dauerhaft nach, das endgültige Ergebnis zeigt sich nach rund zwölf Monaten.
